Sorry I'm asking so many questions about them , But I'm curious.
Can it cause your stomache to hurt if you don't?
Like Midol does to me.
Or is it because diet pills make you not hungry, so they encourage you to eat something as you take them?
Why do they reccomend you eat a snack while taking dieting pills?
