Hi. I'm 150cm tall and weigh 58 kilos. I am wishing to lose a few kilos(probably 10 at most will do me), and I was wondering what are the best forms of exercise for weight loss? eg walking, swimming, running, cycling etc. I have heard swimming and walking don't actually do anything
Is this true? I have been eating healthly and walk for an hour everyday. I have also just joined a soccer club and am going to join the gym.

Strength training is a great way to build up a bit of muscle which will help your body burn more fat, helping you to lose fat. Interval training on a treadmill or elliptical (or a sidewalk) 5 days a week would benefit you as well.
