What exercises will help you lose weight quickly?

I've been doing a lot of toning exercises (squats, crunches, lunges…) but I haven't lost any weight. I've been dieting too.

Besides running, which exersizes will help lose weight quickly?

Also, any other helpful advice on dieting and losing weight?

running and balancing a nutrition plan and yes even going on a trampoline because jumping uses all the muscles in your body
