Here is the deal.
My mom told me that if i lost 15-20 pounds i could get my naval peirced.
i really want that but the problem is i have a really hard time sticking to a diet or exercise. can someone provide me with diet tips so i can safely lose weight. please. i really do not want to become bulemic or anorexic. i love food and i am not obese or n e thing but i really am chunky please help
i weigh approx. 145 and i am exactly 5'3"

Well, I don't know if you can do this diet, but a friend of mine was doing it for eight days and she had already lost 11 pounds.
