I have been looking for "practical" weight loss meals to cook to eat a little healthier. Everything I read seems to be all this fancy stuff. I am tired of eating chicken and salad as part of a diet. I love them both but eating it everyday gets old fast. Any ideas or websited would be great!! Also, any ideas for great healthy smoothies would be good too!!
