okay, i used a bmr calculator, and my rate is 1577.5, and i usually do cardio 5 days a of week for 44 minutes…i used a calculator that gave a rough estimate of 436 calories burned during cardio in 44 mintutes. so, that equals to 2013 calories burned in a day….so what i am asking you is should i decrease/increase my calorie intake, if so, to what, in order to achieve weight loss? thank you in advance

Get the book "Dr Atkins Diet Revolution" (not the "new" diet revolution) and read the chapter called "To stay fat, keep on counting calories" first, then read the rest of the book and you'll have the answer you can LIVE WITH for the rest of your life. Counting calories and going hungry isn't going to last.
