If you change your diet, it's definitely possible, especially if you want to only drop a few pounds. Just cut out sugars, white bread and pasta, as well as foods high in fat. Eat lots of lean meats, fruits and veggies, whole grain breads and pastas. Your overall calorie intake will be less and you will lose weight, albeit slower than if you were exercising
