i've been doing 50 mins 3 times of tae bo and 30 mins the other 2 days of a bike machine. First week was 6 pounds, then 3, then 2. I want to set a goal of 3 pounds this week, would i be able to attain this by upping my exercise?
19 male, 6 feet and now at 237. This is my 4th week exercising and watching cals.
Bass- yea i noticed that. Thats why i was askin bout the 3 pounds im kinda confused on how to change it up. im planning to reduce my calories to 1500 and exercise for an hour fifteen mins this week, every day.

I think 3 lbs is totally attainable as long as you do increase your cardio (calories burned) and watch or even reduce caloric intake. Good luck. Seems the # of lbs you lose each week would taper off or slow down as your body adapts to the program you're doing, so be sure to change it up regularly. Good luck
