I am a 23 year old stay at home mom who is still brestfeeding my 8 1/2 month old daughter. I would like to start loosing some of my baby weight, (right now I weigh aprox 175lbs compared to my 145lbs pre-baby. ) I do yoga a few days a week, so I am fairly active, and I know that I should not really "diet" until I am done brestfeeding, but I was wondering, how many grams of fat a brestfeeding woman needs, compared to a woman who is not brestfeeding that is trying to loose weight. 10 gram of fat is good for anyone.as far as breast feeding, a balanced diet is most important..keep excercising..you will lose
