I mean, the less you eat; the less energy you have. The more you exercise, the more you eat. So how does one lose weight? Eat less and exercise more? (I'm not saying starve but say 500-1000 calorie cut off max)
Any tips/ideas? Seems my body always adjusts my metabolism to the food I eat =( If I eat less my body just functions off of that…it doesn't burn the fat per se.

Eat more fiber. Make sure you get a lot of fiber in your diet, it will keep your metabolism high.
