I am a 51 yo woman and my doctor says my ideal weight is 120 based on my BMI. How can I safely lose 20 pounds? I wear orthodics for flat feet and have a lot of knee problems so running is not an option. I have found that since I have quit running, I cannot get my heart rate high enough to burn fat. Serious suggestions are appreciated.

try a flush/ colon cleanse, they are very good for you and you will notice you tummy flatter and weight gone.
