I was 226 in january and now i'm 186. for the past week i've continued to lift weights and do my cardio but today i checked my weight and i'm still the same weight. should i up my cardio?
i lift for like an hour and a half and run 2 miles 4-6 times a week
my diet consists of fruits, turkey sandwiches, cereal, and water. don't think theres anything wrong with that
my height is 6'2
