I am 13 years old and I weigh 125 pounds. I don't consider myself overweight, but not skinny either. What are some exercise I can do daily to help me lose weight. Things like crunches ans sit-ups. Please list them. If you know of any websites I can sign up for free, please tell me. Thank You.
Also, i am 5'5" and I play soccer.

Well, I think the easiest, and most efficient, exercise to do is some form of cardio every single day for 30-45 minutes. If you do over 30 minutes of cardio, your body shifts from burning carbs to burning fat. If you're up to toning your body, then jog with dumbells and/or do some toning exercising (self.com has some decent workouts).
