I'm overweight by about 30 or 40 pounds even though I really don't look like it… But It's really really been bothering me lately and It makes me feel like I'm not good enough… So I really want to lose weight but I've been working my butt off excersising and eating healthy and I'm still at the same weight? This really confuses me. Is there anything I can do to lose weight really fast? (And not have to buy anything really expensive?)

I definitely understand how you feel about wanting to shed that extra weight. The one thing you did not mention was getting enough sleep. With your busy lifestyle, are you getting enough sleep each night. The more sleep, the better. In order for your metabolism to be consistent, a steady amount of sleep is required. I hope this helps!
