I bought a bottle and have been taking 2 tablespoons every morning for the past few days. It hasn't suppressed my appetite much, but I'm hoping it accelerates my metabolism and weight loss a bit.
I'm active and eat pretty healthy, but I have 10 pounds that need to come off.
Just an update: I lost 3 lbs. in 5 days while using this drink. I exercised four of those days (which I was doing before I began losing weight, so this isn't likely what's causing my weight loss) and cut my calories down to ~1250/day (from 1600, so this plays a role).
My tummy looks flatter and I'm pleased with the weight loss so far. The drink might've helped because it usually takes a week to lose 1-2 pounds, but I've managed to drop 3 lbs. in 5 days.
It doesn't help my appetite much. Someone who recommended it to me told me when she took it, she felt full all the time and got nauseous whenever she ate. That hasn't been my experience. I take it in the afternoon before lunch (I wake up at 10:30 AM and skip breakfast) and it helps me wait a few hours before eating, but I still get hungry between meals.
Overall, it tastes pretty good (I mix it with 15 Calorie Light Lemonade) and I know it's not hurting me, so I'll finish the bottle off. I'll update this next week!

I just started today, but will take 1T before breakfast and 1T before lunch.
I'm also very active and eat healthy but have been having uncontrollable cravings. So am hoping to have the same results.
