I'm overweight by about 30 or 40 pounds even though I really don't look like it… But It's really really been bothering me lately and It makes me feel like I'm not good enough… So I really want to lose weight but I've been working my butt off excersising and eating healthy and I'm still at the same weight? This really confuses me. Is there anything I can do to lose weight really fast? (And not have to buy anything really expensive?)

i wanna lose weight as fast as possibe. everyone says that more that 2 pounds a week is unhealthy but i wanna stretch that a little and go for 3, not too bad but in doin everthing i can but i knoe i cant starve myself. i knoe how to eat healthy, low cal fat and carb but i just wanna knoe if anyone has any little tricks i might not knoe about. thanks for your answers.

I've been trying to lose some weight, but have not been able to. I've also tried diet pills and they don't work. I eat right. Could it be my age?

Im on these diet pills, and it doesnt say anything like, how to take them or how fast they work… but they say its EXTRA strength.. soo… in about… 2-1month… how much weight could i loose?
