I am looking for a vitamin that would help with energy during the day. I have none. I'm sleepy and want to take a nap around 2-3 in the afternoon, which totally screws up the rest of my night if i give in and take a nap. Of course diet pills help but they get me too wired and i don't like the way they make me feel and i don't what to take them forever. I would much rather take a vitamin supplement daily to give me energy. Any suggestions?

I am due in 5 weeks and i know with all i do i will need to take energy pills and i wanted to take diet pills but can you do this while breast feeding?
