I recently ordered weight loss pills off 7-dfbx.com. I read it on some top 10 diet pills and decided to order. It's been 8 days so far and the shipping said 3-5 business days. I just need to know if I don't get them in the next few days if I can get my money back.

8 total days including the weekend? Mail doesn't move on Saturday or Sunday, so that's only 6 days. Shipping is 3-5 days from when the person mailed it. I sell on Ebay and I state that I ship within 3 business days. So, if you won an item from me on Friday, I don't technically have to ship it until Tuesday. That's three business days. Then, there's the time it takes to actually get there which depends on the type of shipping you chose. If you chose parcel post, 7 business days is closer to the normal speed.
Paypal is pretty good about refunding buyers if the item doesn't arrive. It relies on the seller to prove that they shipped it, usually in the form of delivery confirmation. If they can't prove it was delivered with a receipt from USPS, then you'll get your money back. I would suggest waiting a couple more days though. Chances are you'll get it this week. Small businesses make more money keeping people happy. I doubt a legitimate company would take your money and not ship the item especially if they use Paypal which is notorious for giving money back to buyers.
