Go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/ and click on My Pyramid Plan on the right-hand side.
You can enter the weight you want to be. The site will give you a personalized nutrition plan that will tell you how much and what type of foods to eat.
All of the links on the right-hand side are very helpful for people who want to lose weight and stay healthy.
