its a waist of money, the best diet is watching what you eat. Cut out drinking sodas for a month and i promise you there will be some lbs shed if you keep it up. Breads and pastas…if you must eat…try to before about 3pm….3 months ago i weights 265…i am at 227….all i did was cut the sodas….stick to water sometimes tea….gatorade power aid..still like that…and eat healthy..instead of watching a tv show…go for a walk. or if you must see the tv show….on commercials do some crunches or push ups….to many people nowadays wanna take pills and suppliments for granted….hints way smoothie king and all stay open…ya…there drinks have good things in them but you will not loose the weight unless you help urself with exercise
