Here's my plan for everyday: it takes 1 hour a day
Jump rope 30 minutes a day
ab workout
pushups
Go SWIMMING.
Dont touch Ice cream, mcDonalds, or any fast food, junk food…
lot's of fruit, vegetables, proteins, eggs, tart frozen yogourt, etc…
Acai is hekka helpful with weight loss
